One of my good friends, who has experienced the blessing of adoption gave me the quote that says "In adoption, a child is not given up. A birth mother gives life; a child a family and unconditional love. She gives a part of her heart that will never feel whole. She gives another mother a part of her heart that was missing…you gave a lot...but never gave up." It is not and will never be lost on us the blessing that you are willing to give. And our promise to you is that that baby will be cherished and loved with everything we have.
We may be partial, but I believe that living on a 30 acre horse ranch is the best place to raise a child. We believe in being outside and learning to grow food, take care of animals and having responsibilities makes for a whole and happy child.
Kayce grew up in rodeo and has since passed on the love of horses and animals to Audria (7) and Isaac (4). Now with each of their ponies, Sunny and Buttercup, they travel the country and look for adventures at rodeos! Our adventures this year have taken us to Disneyland, Texas, Minnesota Eagle Sanctuary, Mississippi, Storybook land, Omaha Zoo and so many other places. Along with rodeo, Kayce is also passionate about fitness and is a part time coach at the Crossfit gym in town. This gives her time to pour love into people and help them to achieve the goals they are looking to achieve, no matter how big or small!
Mark grew up on a huge farm in Minnesota. Now he gets to keep those roots alive by working as a sales rep for an agronomy sales company. Helping farmers and co-ops chose the best profiles for their crops is his passion. He is a part of a men's group at church and has recently been invited to join a discipleship group as well, helping to minister to those around him. Mark enjoys providing for his family and raising his children to know God and love people.
Mark and Kayce are both strong in their love for the Lord and desire to lead others to know Him as well. They have been incredibly blessed to achieve stability and success that allow them to raise a family that they can in turn set up for success.
We are so thankful for you and the strength and courage that you have shown. The desire and ability to grow our family couldn't happen without you and we are so thankful for that.
